Privacy
This notice describes how the Adunai marketing and documentation website (this site) handles information. It concerns the website only. The Adunai protocol itself is a set of open smart contracts on a public blockchain, which no party, including the Foundation, controls on your behalf.
1. What this site collects
This site is a static informational website. In Phase 0 it does not operate user accounts, does not ask you to sign in, and does not run its own forms that submit personal data to us. It does not sell data, and it does not run advertising trackers. If we later add analytics or contact forms, this notice will be updated to say so plainly before they go live.
2. Server logs
The hosting provider that serves this site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested page) for security and reliability, as most web hosts do. These logs are the hosting provider's, handled under their terms, and are not used by us to build a profile of you.
3. The protocol is self-custodial
Your identity and any keys on the Adunai protocol are controlled by you. The Foundation does not custody your funds or your keys, and cannot recover, freeze, or move them. On-chain activity is public by design. See the Foundation Charter for the boundaries of Foundation authority.
4. Email you send us
If you email an address published on this site (for example the security contact), we receive what you send in order to respond. We keep such correspondence only as long as needed to handle it.
5. Third-party links
This site links to third-party services (such as a blockchain explorer). Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
6. Changes and contact
This draft will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed notice at Foundation formation. Questions in the meantime: [email protected].
